_ About 48,600 television stands, manufactured in China and distributed by Studio RTA, because they do not meet industry standards to prevent them from tipping over. No incidents have been reported. _ About 6,000 SmartSpace papasan chairs, manufactured in China and imported by Jo-Ann Stores Inc., because they were sold without instructions telling users to lock the legs before sitting down. The company has received five reports of collapsed chairs, but no reports of injuries. The chairs were sold at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores around the country between June and September 2008. _ About 7,200 Igloo Marine Elite coolers, manufactured in the United States and China by Igloo Products Corp., because the latches have sharp edges. The company has received eight reports of cuts that required stitches. The coolers were sold at West Marine stores around the country between January and July 2008.
