Kings High's football program will be well-represented in the annual Southwest Ohio Football Coaches Association East-West All-Star Game.
Three Knights — quarterback Bruce Ernest, running back Conner Warye and offensive lineman Danny Hagee — are on the East roster for the contest, which is at 7 p.m. today, June 5, at Colerain High School.

"We've got the maximum number of kids, which bodes well for our program," Kings coach Andy Olds said.
Ernest, a 6-foot-2, 180-pounder, will be a preferred walk-on at Miami, while Warye (5-11, 190) is undecided on his future. Hagee (6-5, 220) will attend Xavier University.
"Two of the three kids playing have aspirations of playing at the next level," Olds said. "They have a chance to play one more game, and you'll leave that game knowing exactly what you want to do. They'll see what it's like to play against great competition. You think you're a pretty decent player in your conference, and now you get to play against the best players in all of Cincinnati. Those guys will use this game as a measuring stick to see how good they are."
Ernest threw for 3,855 yards and 33 touchdowns in his career, while Warye, despite missing action with a knee injury, rushed for 916 yards and nine scores this past fall.
Kings linebacker Ryan Frambes will participate in the Miami Valley Football Coaches Association North-South game June 13 at Dayton's Welcome Stadium.
Little Miami's Von Bargen on East squad
Little Miami senior Logan Von Bargen will join the Knights' trio on the East team.
Von Bargen, a 6-2, 190-pound wide receiver, had 11 catches for 196 yards this past fall for the Panthers.
