The Lebanon Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for businesses or community leaders who have made outstanding contributions to the community.
The chamber will hold its 58th annual business awards dinner at 5:30 p.m. May 28 at Shaker Run Conference Center. Nominations forms can found at www.lebanonchamber.org.
