Butler County Grand Jury
A Butler County grand jury returned 46 indictments during its fourth session in September. The grand jury also returned three case to the lower courts for further disposition.

The theft of $975 worth of items occurred from a vehicle between 12:30 and 2:15 a.m. Sept. 22 parked in the 5800 block of Ross Road after someone broke the driver's side window. Reported damage is $150. Items not listed in police report.
Simon Lua Morales, 27, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 5700 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and driver's license required.
Terry A. Jones, 35, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Sept. 22 on Dixie Highway at Crescentville Road on suspicion of having weapons under disabilities and possession of drugs.
Leonel Madrial, 31, was arrested at 3:53 a.m. Sept. 22 on Muskopf Road at North Frieda Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.
William Scott Vaughn, 41, of Hamilton, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Fairfield Police Department for an offense in the 200 block of Lancaster Drive on suspicion of aggravated robbery.
The theft of a flat screen television occurred between 2 p.m. Sept. 22 and noon Sept. 23 from a hotel room at Holiday Inn Express, 6755 Fairfield Business Drive. Reported value is $1,000.
Lorenzo Pleze Antwan Jackson, 31, of Cincinnati, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Hamilton County Justice Center on suspicion of burglary for an offense in the 5100 block of Dixie Highway.
The theft of a vehicle occurred between 6:40 and 7 p.m. Sept. 22 parked in the 1000 block of Hicks Boulevard. Reported value is $3,000.
Natasha Leigh Erbland, 22, of Fairfield, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. Sept. 23 at the Fairfield Police Department on suspicion of receiving stolen property and forgery for an offense in the 4900 block of Murray Place.
Tanika Marie Gunnels, 19, of Fairfield, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 300 block of Brookfield Drive on suspicion of felonious assault.
Shawn Lewis Martin, 19, of Fairfield, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 300 block of Brookfield Drive on suspicion of felonious assault.
Brittany Renee Ortiz, 19, of Hamilton, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Sept. 24 for an offense in the 300 block of Brookfield Drive on suspicion of felonious assault.
The theft of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Chapel Hill Drive occurred between 9:30 and 11:45 p.m. Sept. 24. In the vehicle was an iPod, three sets of golf clubs and a pair of golf shoes. Reported total value is $7,000.
Richard E. Earl, 37, of Cincinnati, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 6300 block of South Gilmore Road on suspicion of theft.
Anthony Daniels, age unknown, address unknown, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Sept. 25 in the 6300 block of South Gilmore Road on suspicion of theft.
Sean Patrick McIntosh, 32, of Hamilton, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 4600 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon.
Joshua David Yaden, 22, of Cincinnati, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. Sept. 25 on John Gray Road at Pleasant Avenue on suspicion of burglary.
The theft of $3,890 worth of various items occurred from an apartment between 2:30 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 200 block of Ramblewood Drive when someone entered an apartment through the sliding glass door.
Heather Bess Fitzgerald, 22, of Hamilton, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 5300 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired, failure to control and endangering children.
The theft of $300 and two cell phones between 12:05 and 12:13 a.m. Sept. 26 from Site Oil Co., 6477 Dixie Highway. Reported total value is $650.
Rachael L. Gouge, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 5200 block of Pleasant Avenue on suspicion of theft and forgery.
Wilton Compres, 34, of Cincinnati, was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Sept. 28 in the 6300 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and driving under suspension.
Rafael Hernandez, 25, of Fairfield, was arrested at 2 a.m. Sept. 29 on Nilles Road at Fairfield Circle on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and no driver's license.

The theft of $746 worth of gift cards occurred at 8:58 a.m. Sept. 23 from Wal-Mart, 3201 Princeton Road. An employee allegedly activated the cards without receiving money.
