We're looking for extreme pet lovers who shower their pampered animals with love, gifts and special trips to feature in an upcoming article.

Some items that may mean you are an extreme pet lover:

• Do you have a whole room in your home dedicated to your dog or cat?

• Do you cater to your pet's appetite with specially-prepared meals?

• Did you have a portrait painted of Fido?

• Have you ever taken your animal to a special pet resort for some TLC?

• Are you living in a jungle because of how many pets you have?

• Would you buy food for your pet before you would buy food for yourself?

We want to know everything about your relationship with your pet.
