A Butler County grand jury returned 41 indictments during its fourth session in April. The grand jury also returned eight cases to the lower courts for further disposition.

Fairfield Police Department
A Fairfield woman, 33, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. April 24 on Mack Road at Shearwater Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and driving under suspension.
The theft of a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Brookfield Drive occurred between 4:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 25. The vehicle included a wallet and cell phone. Reported value total value $1,820.
The theft of a vehicle parked in the 8700 block of North Gilmore Road occurred between 5 and 10 a.m. April 25 . Police report the vehicle was unlocked and the keys were left inside. Reported value is $4,500.
A Cincinnati man, 28, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. April 25 at the Fairfield Police Department on suspicion of petty theft for an offense in the 500 block of Wessel Drive.
A Cincinnati woman, 19, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. April 25 at the Fairfield Police Department on suspicion of felony theft for an offense in the 100 block of Blair House Place.
The theft of an XBox 360 and five video games occurred at 7:15 p.m. April 25 at an apartment in the 500 block of Brookfield Drive. Reported value is $580.
A Fairfield man, 22, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. April 26 on Littlebrook Drive at River Road on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon and drug possession.
Someone broke a couple of windows at a house in the 5500 block of Tallawanda Drive before 7:07 p.m. April 26 . Reported damage is $3,000.
A Mason man, 47, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. April 27 in the 6600 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and failure to control.
A Riverview, Fla., man, 43, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. April 27 in the 5900 block of Boymel Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.
The theft of a car stereo in a vehicle parked in the 3200 block of Mack Road occurred between 10:30 p.m. April 27 and 8:10 p.m. April 28. Reported value is $1,200.
The theft of a speaker box from a vehicle parked in the 300 block of River Valley Court occurred between 8 p.m. April 28 and 8 a.m. April 29. Reported value is $500.
The theft of a vehicle parked on Lake Cumberland Drive occurred between 11:30 p.m. April 28 and 5:20 a.m. April 29. Reported value is $30,000.
The theft of a camera and case, cell phone, and brief case occurred from a vehicle parked at Holiday Inn Express, 6755 Fairfield Business Drive between 11:50 p.m. April 28 and 8:30 a.m. April 29. Reported total value is $2,650.
A Hamilton man, 27, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. April 29 at the Fairfield Police Department for an offense in the 700 block of Wessel Drive on suspicion of felony deception to obtain drugs.
A Cincinnati woman, 42, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. April 29 at the Fairfield Police Department on suspicion of felony deception to obtain drugs for an offense in the 6300 block of South Gilmore Road.
The theft of a gold diamond ring occurred a home in the 3400 block of Danbury Road between
6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. April 30 . Reported value is $27,000.
A Fairfield man, 18, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. April 30 in the 6000 block of Morningside Drive on suspicion of felony burglary.
A Hamilton man, 49, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. May 1 on Pleasant Avenue at Brookfield Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.
A Hamilton man, 46, was arrested at 9:27 p.m. May 2 on North Gilmore Road at Symmes Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired, speeding and not stopping after an accident.
A Cincinnati man, 25, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. May 3 on Dixie Highway at Winton Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.

A Hamilton woman, 25, was arrested at 4:45 a.m. May 3 in the 4600 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
A Middletown man, 20, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. May 4 in the 100 block of Cincinnati Mills Road on suspicion of assault.
A Hamilton man, 33, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. May 4 at the Fairfield Police Department on suspicion of telecommunications harassment for an offense in the 5500 block of Chateau Way.
Fairfield Twp. Police Department
A Hamilton woman, 38, was issued a summons for an open container of alcohol in the 1900 block of Fairfax Avenue around 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, April 30. According to police reports, the woman was walking down the street intoxicated and being held up by her 8-year-old twin boys.
Someone stole a diamond ring, bracelet and medication between 1 and 6 p.m. April 25 from a home in the 1900 block of Parkamo Avenue. Total estimated value is $6,950.
A Liberty Twp. woman, 48, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. May 3, at Ohio 4 near Keevan Village on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.
A Hamilton woman, 31, was arrested at 10 a.m. May 3, on charges of possession of drugs, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
A Liberty Twp. man, 29, was arrested Monday, May 5, on suspicion of criminal trespass and telecommunications harassment after verbally threatening to break the kneecaps of an employee at J.C. Penney, 3469 Princeton Road.
West Chester Twp. Police Department
The theft of a golf cart valued at $5,000 occurred May 1 from Wetherington Country Club at 7337 Country Club Lane.
A 19-year-old Cincinnati woman was charged May 1 with child endangering after she was stopped for speeding. Police said she was found to be intoxicated, and had four children — ages 2, 3, 4 and 8 — in the car with her. The suspect was transported to the Butler County Jail.
A 26-year-old Middletown man was charged May 1 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of West Chester and Princeton-Glendale roads. The suspect was cited and released.
A 26-year-old West Chester Twp. man was charged May 2 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident after an accident at the intersection of Tylersville Road and Farmgate Drive. The suspect was cited and released.
A 43-year-old West Chester Twp. man was charged May 3 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of Fountains Boulevard and Hunters Ridge Drive. The suspect was cited and released.
A 28-year-old West Chester Twp. man was charged May 3 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of Muhlhauser and Allen roads. The suspect was cited and released.
An 18-year-old West Chester Twp. man was charged May 3 with driving while intoxicated after a single-vehicle crash on Stonewall Drive. The suspect was cited and released.

A 44-year-old Hamilton man was charged May 4 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of West Chester Road and Union Centre Boulevard. The suspect was cited and released.
A 19-year-old Liberty Twp. woman was charged May 6 with driving while intoxicated, drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 7300 block of Kingsgate Way. The suspect was cited and released to Middletown police.
