Police reports: Trailer worth $12K stolen in Fairfield

Theft of copper wiring from welding leads and cables between 5 p.m. Feb. 23 and 7 a.m. Feb. 25 from a construction site in the 6000 block of Union Centre Boulevard. No reported value.

Theft of a vehicle between 5 p.m. Feb. 23 and 7:30 a.m. Feb. 25 from CarX Muffler, 5367 Dixie Highway. Reported value is $5,800.

Theft of a detachable stereo face, amplifier and audio box with two speakers between 10 p.m. Feb. 23 and 11 a.m. Feb. 24 from a vehicle after someone shattered the passenger-side window. Reported total value is $750.

A Fairfield man, 25, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. Feb. 24 on River Road at Patterson Boulevard on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and weaving.

A Fairfield man, 20, was arrested at 4:01 a.m. Feb. 24 at Bypass Ohio 4 at Symmes Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and weaving.

A Hamilton man, 56, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 5200 block of Pleasant Avenue on suspicion of passing bad checks.

Theft of $300, two rings, two cell phones and a $50 gift card sometime before 3:19 p.m. Feb. 24 from an apartment on Heffron Court. Reported total value is $2,550.

A Cincinnati man, 44, was arrested at the Hamilton County Jail for an offense in the 6300 block of South Gilmore Road on suspicion of petty theft.

A Hamilton man, 27, was arrested at 2 a.m. Feb. 26 in the 1000 block of Magie Avenue was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Theft of a trailer between 3:30 p.m. Feb. 25 and 8 a.m. Feb. 26 parked in the 3100 of Homeward Way. Reported value is $12,000.

Theft of a trailer between noon Feb. 26 and 9:50 a.m. Feb. 28 parked in the 2700 block of Symmes Road. Reported value is $5,000.

Theft of a vehicle between 6 p.m. Feb. 26 and 3 p.m. Feb. 28 parked in the 5300 block of Boehm Drive. Value not reported.

Theft of $722 in merchandise between 4 and 4:04 p.m. Feb. 27 from Meijer, 6325 S. Gilmore Road.

A West Chester Twp. man, 23, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Saturday, March 1 in the 3200 block of Dixie Highway on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and no driver's license.

A Cincinnati man, 18, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. Saturday, March 1 in the 100 block of Cincinnati Mills Drive on suspicion of assault.

A Fairfield man, 21, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, March 2 for an offense in the 500 block of Nilles Road on suspicion of felony receiving stolen property.

A Mount Healthy man, 31, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, March 2, on Ramblewood Drive at Woodridge Boulevard on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.

A Fairfield woman, 32, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Sunday, March 2 on May Avenue at Nilles Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and speeding.

A Fairfield man, 38, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Sunday, March 2, on South Gilmore at Kolb Drive on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired and assured clear distance ahead.

Police Reports

Someone kicked in the garage door to a home in the 3700 block of Hamilton-Mason Road between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 25. Items reported missing include eight watches, five gold necklaces, two wedding bands and $40 in cash. Total estimated value of the watches, the wedding bands and the damaged door is $1,450.

A West Chester Twp. man, 23, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at Erding Court and Vinnedge Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired. The arrest was the man's third OVI violation in less than six years, according to police reports. He attempted to evade police by pulling into a driveway of a house in a neighborhood other than his own, according to police reports. After his arrest, he refused to take breath, urine and blood tests.

Someone attempted to break into an unoccupied home in the 1900 block of Harvard between 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 and 5 p.m. Monday, March 3. A rear metal door valued at $300 was damaged.

A Hamilton man, 28, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Friday, Feb. 29 at Ohio 4 and Bypass Ohio 4 on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired.

A Vandalia woman, 21, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Saturday, March 1 on Princeton Road east of Walden Ponds Circle on suspicion of operating a vehicle while impaired. The woman was found to have a blood alcohol content of .230, which is nearly three times the legal limit.

A Sharonville woman, 26, was arrested Saturday, March 1 on suspicion of theft. The woman allegedly stole 17 video games between 11:49 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. at Target, 3369 Princeton Road.
