Hanover man found dead in Indiana

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. — Police are asking for help in solving the death of a Hanover Twp. man whose body was found on a bridge in Indiana.
At approximately 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, deputies with the Franklin County Sheriff's Department discovered the body of 57-year-old David L. Colwell, according to the Indiana State Police in Connersville.

Police said Colwell's body was found next to his silver 2004 Ford pick up truck, which was parked on Fairfield Causeway Road, a bridge crossing the Brookville Reservoir.
An autopsy was performed Wednesday, March 5, but the cause of death is still under investigation, police said.
Family members told police that Colwell drove to Franklin County to meet with someone.
Family and friends of Colwell were gathered Wednesday at his home in Hanover Twp. A family member said Colwell had been working in Indiana but they didn't know much more than what police were reporting.
