Connecticut forward Maya Moore (pictured) has become the seventh unanimous choice on The Associated Press’ preseason All-America team announced Tuesday, Nov. 3. She is joined by UConn center Tina Charles, marking the fifth time teammates have been selected to the preseason team, which started in 1994-95.
The Huskies also had the last pair of teammates on the preseason team when Shea Ralph and Svetlana Abrosimova headlined the 2000-01 squad.
