Miami women's track coach resigns

OXFORD — Miami University women’s track & field and cross country head coach Rita Arndt-Molis has resigned effective July 31 after one year with the RedHawks, athletic director Brad Bates announced Wednesday, July 1.

Molis was named Mid-American Conference Cross Country Coach of the Year in 2008 after leading the RedHawks to the first conference title in program history.

Molis guided the RedHawks to a third-place tie at the MAC Indoor Track Championship.
