OXFORD — Miami University’s ice hockey team, the 2009 NCAA runner-up, Saturday named sophomore forward Carter Camper winner of the Gary DeLonge as Most Valuable Player award. The second-team All-American from Rocky River also was named most outstanding offensive player with 20 goals and 22 assists.

Miami hosts Notre Dame in a Friday/Saturday series. Hockey alumni in attendance will be honored after either the first or second period of the Saturday game. Detailed information to follow via e-mail.
