HAMILTON — Badin and Hamilton high schools will play the second annual OHSAA Foundation Week boys basketball scrimmage next Saturday night, Nov. 28, at Badin’s Mulcahey Gym.

The doubleheader schedule has the reserve teams tipping off at 6 p.m., followed by the varsity squads at 7:30 p.m. Admission for the event is $7 for adults and $4 for students. Badin will have a presale activity during school hours (7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) on Monday and Tuesday. Badin activity cards may not be used for this event.

All proceeds will benefit the Bill Brewer Scholarship Fund in memory of the late Bill Brewer, who was the boys head basketball coach at Roger Bacon and Princeton high schools before his untimely death in 2007.

n addition, in the wake of a Civics Day challenge, students at both schools are having a friendly competition to see who can donate the most toys, which will be given to the Boys and Girls Clubs in the area. For more information, contact the high schools.
