Stacy sustained an ankle injury in the waning moments of his breakout 134-yard performance versus the Seahawks on Monday night, but despite the short week, it appears that he will suit up. In his prime-time debut, Stacy was relied upon early and often with new quarterback Kellen Clemens under center, carrying the ball 26 times. In order to take the weight off of Clemens' shoulders, it's reasonable to expect the Rams to rely on the ground game once again.
Fantasy Spin: The Rams offense appears poised to go only as far as Stacy and the running game can carry it, as the Titans defense has proved vulnerable against the run, but stout versus the pass. The Rams are the only team in the NFL without a rushing touchdown this season, and if Stacy is healthy enough to carry the load, he will likely get his chance versus a defense that has given up eight on the season so far.
Stacy's matchup versus a team that is allowing an average of 117 rushing yards is not in question as much as his health. And though that is a valid concern, he still presents enough upside to warrant RB2 consideration in a week that has six teams on a bye.
