‘Hunger Games’ costume maker to teach class in Hamilton

The creator of hats featured in the first “Hunger Games” film will teach a series of workshops at Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum next month.

Hollywood costume maker Gina Scarnati will guide several hands-on hat-making workshops open to all ages and experience levels at Pyramid Hill between Oct. 7-12.

Scarnati is known for her work on films such as “The Avengers,” “Captain America,” and “Guardians of the Galaxy,” as well as television shows including “Westworld” and “Scandal.”

Workshop attendees will also be invited to a special Mad Hatter-themed party Oct. 13 to show off their hats.
