"Director McG attempts to put his own stamp on the series by stripping it of story and humanity for unfettered action dominated by chases and shootouts and skyscraper-tall Terminators that unfortunately remind one only of the upcoming 'Transformers' sequel."

"I followed the story. Moves quickly. Would have liked a little background story with Dr. Kogan and John Connor. "

"I rarely agree with the critics but in this case it was right on. I found it all quite boring and thinking that a remake of the Mel Gibson apocalyptic series of "Mad Max" would have been more entertaining, can no one come up with original ideas for these type of movies anymore or are we doomed for endless remakes and sequels! "Folks, once again, critics don't know entertainment when it bites them in the behind. This movie took full advantage of gaps in the storyline in previous movies, filling in holes with interesting twists. Action was pretty well done, good groundwork for future segments. Interesting sequel all-in-all.
Them what can, do; them what can't, teach; them what can't teach, criticize or administrate. Humph!"

"Movie is good - special effects are great. I would have wished for more character development and a few less explosions - but it was a very enjoyable and entertaining film.
I've seen it twice and there was applause at the end both times.
I've give it a B+."
