Listed for $550,000 by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill, the brick two-story at 4966 Ashwyck Place in Kettering has about 4,155 square feet of living space. The house has a full, unfinished basement that is plumbed for a bath and walks out to the back yard. There is also a detached, two-car garage, composite decks, stone patios and wrought-iron fenced back yard.

Formal entry opens into a foyer with hardwood flooring that fills the entire main level of the house. Formal living room and dining room are to the left and right off the foyer. The dining room has a gas fireplace flanked by built-in china cabinets.
