Simply click the small "i" and the widgets flips over for setting adjustments. You can select the news category, the number of headlines shown, and the refresh frequency.
To start using the Hamilton JournalNews Widget, click the download button. A compressed file should download to your desktop. If it doesn't automatically decompress, double click it. Then double click on the black JournalNews.wdgt icon and it should install to your Dashboard.
