Keller Williams Pinnacle Group will lease an 11,500-square-foot office at 4680 Parkway Drive in Deerfield Twp., according to CBRE Group Inc., which announced it had facilitated the deal.

Founded in 2012 and owned and operated by Kendra Larrick and Jeffrey Marmer, KWPG is a full-service real estate brokerage firm with more than 115 licensed real estate agents.

It is expected to move from its office at 6377 Branch Hill-Guinea Pike in Loveland to its new Warren County office space in the third quarter of this year.

The new location will be over twice as large as its previous location and will help facilitate Keller Williams Pinnacle Group’s ongoing growth, according to CBRE associate Chris Carey, who represented the tenant in the transaction.

Keller Williams Pinnacle Group toured many locations before deciding the Deerfield Twp. one was right fit for its employees and clients, Carey said.

“In addition to being near a variety of amenities, this new office location will be minutes from major beltways such as I-71, I-275 and Mason Montgomery Road,” he said.
