“Cincinnati is our home and we felt it needed a place that offered fresh and delicious food in a comfortable setting,” said Matthew Warren, operating partner. “It’s great for lunch with your co-workers or dinner with your family.”

The restaurant chain is known for its healthy meals, including grilled salmon feast, its tomato basil sandwich, fresh-grilled Mediterranean gyros, and various vegetarian options.

“We start with fresh, wholesome ingredients and make everything from scratch, including dressings, sauces and other items,” Warren said. “We always focus on fresh food and ingredients to flavor our food that is all made to order.”
