Nagging problems with your new car electronics? Chances are, you will be less likely to consider buying the vehicle again if the problems persists, according to the latest J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study. Usability issues associated with Bluetooth connectivity, built-in voice-recognition systems and other technology increasing influences vehicle owners’ perception of dependability, the study says. In fact, the study finds that “56% of vehicle owners who experience no problems with their vehicle plan to purchase the same brand the next time, compared with 43% of vehicle owners who experience three or more problems.” Check out our gallery of the most dependable vehicles in this year’s study.
