“At TiER1, we help people do their best work,” said Brian Lapthorn, Vice President of Market Development. “We wanted to provide an environment for our employees and clients from this part of town to do that without a long commute. We work to have an energetic, collaborative culture and the vibrancy of the Liberty Center matched that.”

“This includes everything from culture and training to onboarding and systems adoption,” company spokeswoman Sarah Ehrnschwender said. “We solve human performance challenges with the creativity of a full-service design firm, the know-how of expert instructional designers, the strategy of skilled consultants and a suite of cutting-edge technologies that bring our solutions to life.”
With offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Covington, Denver, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C., TiER1 has experienced “significant growth” and surpassed 200 employees, Ehrnschwender said.
Approximately 15 to 20 employees will work from the Liberty Center location.
A grand opening ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m. today, June 7, with happy hour and appetizers to follow.
