The only heavy lifting this Labor Day weekend should be a glass of wine
Why exert yourself? It’s Labor Day weekend. The only exercise you should get is lifting a glass with just a smidge of fermented grape juice in it to your lips. The number of repetitions is up to you, although I advise moderation, or else you might pull a muscle. If you need to warm up with a few calisthenics first, try swirling the glass before lifting it. And don’t forget the cool-down period.

Dayton, come on down! Kinkead Ridge releases 2007 red wine and hosts the annual vineyard tour… Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Also open, Harmony Hill, La Vigna and Meranda-Nixon.
