DLM School of Cooking to offer Wine 101 class
A couple of weeks back we told you about several Wine 101 (and Wine 201) classes available across the Miami Valley.
Here’s one more: The Dorothy Lane Market School of Cooking, located adjacent to DLM’s Washington Square store, will host a Wine 101 class from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 19. The cost is $40.
George Punter, who serves as wine manager for DLM’s Springboro store, will lead the class.
