More on the high-speed chase accident investigation

Over the next few days, I’ll be updating this space with various parts of the investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol into the high-speed chase on I-75 that left a Lockland police officer in critical condition.

I’ve broken out the 135-page report into the transcripts of Patrol interviews with officers and witnesses.

The initial post includes 911 calls and the transcript of interviews with West Chester Twp. officer Kevin Burger and the armed robbery suspect, Thomas Joyce.

Included here (below) is the interviews with Thomas’ girlfriend Ganetta Byess and Michael Thomas, a driver who witnessed the accident.
