New pizza chain coming to Dayton, opens first store in Beavercreek
A pizza chain new to the Dayton area — Romeo’s Pizza — has opened its first Dayton-area location at 3854 Kemp Road in Beavercreek.
It is the first of six locations in the Dayton area, according to a news release. The other five locations “are yet to be determined,” according to Anne Thompson, marketing director for Romeo’s Pizza. The Cleveland-based chain operates 34 locations throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Akron-Canton, Columbus, Cincinnati.
The Beavercreek store opened Saturday, Feb. 5, under the franchise ownership of Joe Fisher, according to a Romeo’s news release. It employs 25 people, Thompson said.
Romeo’s serves a wide variety of pizzas as well as oven-baked subs, wings and “build-your-own” pasta dishes. The Beavercreek location seats 20 diners and provides delivery, carry out and catering. It is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
