New restaurant opens today in Arcade Square

The International Food Court that we first told you about in mid-November opened today at 44 W. Third St. in downtown Dayton, in the location adjacent to The Arcade that formerly housed the Mandarin Kitchen.

The new restaurant is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, Monday Dec. 6, and will have the same hours the remainder of this week and on weekdays going forward.

The International Food Court offers a sandwich and pita bar and a soup and salad bar, as well as an international food bar with rotating daily specials that will include themes such as Italian, Tex-Mex and American. The menu also will include dishes such as Cajun fried fish and chicken and shrimp, according to the restaurant’s co-owner and manager, Eriq Lawless.

For more information, contact the restaurant at (937) 222-2177.
