Eaton makes professional debut

Kenton Ridge High School graduate Adam Eaton started in left field and batted third in his professional debut for the Missoula (Mont.) Osprey in Helena, Mont. on Monday, June 21.

Eaton went 1-for-3 with a single and a walk. He was also caught stealing in his first attempt.

The Osprey, the Arizona Diamondbacks Rookie Advanced league team in the Pioneer League, allowed two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning and fell to the Helena Brewers, 7-6.
