Wagner stars in Akron spring game

Catholic Central grad Brian Wagner, a redshirt freshman linebacker at the University of Akron, recorded a team-high eight tackles in the Defense’s 28-24 victory over the Offense on Saturday, April 4.

Akron coach J.D. Brookhart said Wagner’s performance may have helped earn him some playing time next season.
