Leaver 1-0 for Georgia
Shawnee graduate Jason Leaver won his first start of the season last week for the University of Georgia baseball team. The Bulldogs are ranked 12th in the nation.

The Diamond Dogs received another quality pitching performance, this time from Jason Leaver (1-0), who allowed two runs over five innings to earn the victory.
“I was pretty proud of myself today because I was just throwing strikes,” Leaver said.
