Michael, My name is Will Gordon and I am working for Lithuanian Baseball, I am Head of International Affairs and Game Development. I have a youth team travelling to Cleveland, Ohio, to compete in an Under-14 baseball tournament and I am contacting you for two reasons. The first is to notify you of this , in case it is an interesting story that you might want to write about, and the second is to see if you think it would be possible to contact Dave Burba to let him know about this. Burba’s father is a Lithuanian Immigrant, first generation, and to my knowledge Burba is the only Lithuanian MLB Alum ever. It would be quite a treat for the kids to meet him, and I imagine he might want to meet them also. **in addition we would like to offer these kids other opportunities such as visiting the Indians stadium and visiting the Cavaliers stadium as well (maybe you know Ilgauskas personally?? he is also lithuanian, of course, and it would be quite a dream for the kids to meet him too….) Thank you for your help and good luck with your writings. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Will Gordon Immigrant from North Carolina to Lithuania :)
