“Extreme Makeover ” looking for Ohio families
ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” may hit paydirt in Ohio again.
The extremely popular reality/home makeover show has issued a casting call for Buckeye State families, according to TV writer John Kiesewetter’s Cincinnati Enquirer blog.
The show hosted by Ty Pennington has even set up a special email address for Ohio applicants. Send nominates to emheohio@gmail.com by Feb. 4.
Families can nominate themselves or be nominated by others. Kiesewetter says you must include a contact number, names and ages of all in the family being nominated, description of their home and details on why they are deserving.

Home Edition has been friendly to this region. The show featured the Akers family in West Chester Twp. in 2008, and the Terpenning family at 548 Carthage Drive in Beavercreek in 2009.
