No Zonk! Sugarcreek couple wins thousands of dollars on game show
There was no ‘zonk’ for the Miami Valley’s salt and pepper shakers.
A Sugarcreek couple didn’t win the top prize in the “Let’s Make a Deal” game they played - $15,000 - , but Tracy and Kevin Winans left the show richer.
The Winanses, who were dressed like a salt and a pepper shaker, rejected a trip to Sonoma County Wine Country. They instead took their chances in a count down game that began at $15,000.
“We’re in Vegas,” Kevin Winans said of taking the gamble.
The gamble played off pretty well. Winans and his wife won $5,000.
The Let’s Make a Deal episode was taped in Las Vegas and aired 3 p.m. today, Dec. 8, on WHIO.
