Has Dancing with Stars’ winner found a new partner?

Within a few hours of Helio Castroneves and Julianne Hough’s win on this season of Dancing with the Stars,” He was confirm the break-up with his finance, Aliette Vazquez. But was this really a surprise to anyone who was watching the show?
