‘Top Chef’ Bravo cooks up new series celebrating culinary arts.

The creative team that brought us ‘Project Runway’ has been busy cooking up what looks to be a great addition to the Bravo TV reality show line-up. The show ‘Top Chef’ will premiere tonight (MAR 8) after the finale of ‘Project Runway’ and will celebrate the culinary arts. Oh what fun, reality TV with knives, hot oil, and sassy celebrity chef want-to-be’s.

“The ten-episode, one-hour series will feature twelve aspiring chefs who will put their culinary skills to the test for the chance to earn the prestigious title of “Top Chef.” Bravo TV

The host of the show is Katie Lee Joel who graduated with bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is the wife of singer Billy Joel, has appeared as CBS early Show, and will appear on upcoming episodes of the “Iron Chef” series on the ‘Food Network’. The Judges are Gail Simmons, special projects editor for ‘Food and Wine’ magazine and Tom Colicchio a James Beard Best Restaurant award winner and restaurateur.

I can’t wait to see what Bravo has cooked up for us. ‘Top Chef’ will air on Bravo TV on Wednesday at 10:00 p.m.
