“Do it Now. There may be no tomorrow”

When cabinetmaker, Gordon Harrison, was diagnosed with cancer, he came up with a new motto: “Do it now. There may be no tomorrow.” When he was not having surgery or chemotherapy treatments, he was helping to fix up his neighbor’s houses. His spirit enabled a community to come together to have a local version of Extreme Makeover - Home Edition.

In return, the neighbors responded by nominating Gordon and his family for a much-needed make-over.
