History of Lakota West-Anderson series

When Lakota West and Anderson hook up in the playoffs on Saturday night, Nov. 7, it will mark the sixth time the two programs have met.

The Redskins lead the all-time series 3-2, with the Firebirds winning the last meeting, 31-28, back in Week 3 of the 2005 campaign.

The two teams played each other five straight times beginning in 2001, with Anderson winning the first three meetings by scores of 21-7, 31-23 and 42-21.

West picked up its first victory of the series in Week 10 of 2004 with a 38-21 win to clinch its first playoff berth.
