Darke County T.E.A. Patriots endorse Yost in GOP auditor primary

The Darke County T.E.A. Patriots have endorsed Delaware County Prosecutor Dave Yost for state auditor, Yost’s campaign announced on Wednesday, April 21.

Yost is running for the Republican nomination for auditor against state Rep. Seth Morgan, R-Huber Heights, in the May 4 primary.

“Dave Yost shares the values of the Tea Party movement, limited government, personal and fiscal responsibility and lower taxes and we are excited to stand with Dave to become the next Ohio auditor of state,” Lyn Bliss, a member of the Darke County T.E.A. Patriots, said in a press release.

Yost has been endorsed by the Ohio Republican Party, but the Ohio Tea Party PAC, a political action committee of the Ohio Liberty Council, has endorsed Morgan. The Ohio Liberty Council includes some but not all of Ohio’s Tea Party groups.

The Ohio Tea party PAC is endorsing Morgan because Yost is a Repub sell-out. No character! And by the way scoobydo, The Ohio Liberty Council and Ohio Tea Party PAC has filed a suit aginst the Ohio Republican Party. I don’t think Kevin Dewine or the ORP likes us too much!!!

WOW a rightwing conservative getting an endorsement from the Teapots, Surprise surprise. Wonder if they used the barter system for this. So if they are not a subset of the GOP, just when do they endorse a Liberal? This TEA clan hates taxes, but when asked, they do not want to drop any of their already working GOV medical programs, like the SS, Medicare, and Medicaid, that most are getting. Nice, drop taxes but do not mess with my gov subsidies, the GOP program of no education is really starting to pay dividends.

This endorsement was tarnished, which is too bad. The counting of the ballots was done alone, in secret by a member of one of the candidate’s campaign.

The term, “teabagger,” is used by people who want higher taxes and bigger government to describe those whom they blindly hate.

Lyn Bliss mentioned in this article as a “member” is the President’s wife and Yost’s County Chair.

This is a sham. The President of this group’s wife is the Yost County Chair and the person who counted the votes is a Yost supporter.

Ok, what do the initials T.E.A. stand for? I mean, there are periods there like they’re initials or something.
