Valentine’s Day: It’s the new Christmas!
I am actually way ahead of the game this year, thanks to online deals I landed last week. Hubby’s gifts and a small gift for teen son’s girlfriend have already landed on my doorstep. Yay me!

I found a one-day-only coupon at Shoes.com for 15% off my order, which brought Hubby’s new pair of Converse Chuck Taylors under $40. I felt really good about this, especially since Shoes.com offers free shipping and free returns.
Chucks usually retail for about $45, so I saved enough to buy him a special chocolate bar — my current fave is Ghirardelli’s Espresso Escape — and a funny Hallmark card, because I care enough to send the very best.
