Three judges to decide land transfer

The Middletown Board of Education has 19 days, as of today, to file their arguments in the land transfer case in the Tenth District Court of Appeals.

After Middletown has filed its brief, Franklin City Schools and the Ohio State Board of Education will have 20 days to file their arguments.

A panel of three judges will then either hear oral arguments or review the briefs and make a decision.
