The beer was obviously good - now pay up

KETTERING Nov 27 Police responded to Kroger, 2115 East Dorothy Lane, on report of a woman shoplifting.

Store security advised that the female was observed drinking a 40 oz.-Bud Ice beer in the store. She scanned a few items in her cart and exited with unpaid items in her shopping cart.

The subject was stopped outside the store and brought back inside to await police.

She was highly intoxicated and was arrested on charges of theft and public intoxication.
