Plans for vandalism go down the drain
TROY May 28 Police flushed a plan for year-end vandalism on the grounds of Troy High School, 151 Staunton Road, when a patrol officer checked on a vehicle in the parking lot of the nearby senior citizens center. The officer said he saw a young man leaning in the car driver’s window with a teenage boy and girl inside the vehicle around 1 a.m. The officer saw two toilets, a can of spray paint and a length or rope in the backseat of the vehicle. He asked about the toilets and was told that they found them along the side of the road. After talking more with the subjects, police said one admitted the toilets, spray paint and rope were going to be used to vandalize school property.

Maybe a summer of community service cleaning up others pranks would instill respect and responsibility in these youth.
