Passed out at the gates of the cemetery
KETTERING May 2 Officers at crash scene in the area of Calvary Cemetery at Calvary and Dixie drives, found a male unconscious under the vehicle. The driver lost control of the vehicle on Dixie Drive, struck a curb at the median and continued in the grass for a distance. The vehicle came to a rest on the western edge of the cemetery. The driver, who was uninjured, apparently got under the vehicle to check for damage and passed out while lying there. An intoxicated passenger was also passed out. The driver was roused and submitted to field sobriety tests that he failed. He was arrested for operating a vehicle intoxicated. The passenger was arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication because he had no way home and was unable to care for himself.
