Hey, that’s my car that’s on fire

DAYTON— March 12: A resident of Forest Glen Avenue reported he received a call from a known male who told him to look outside. When he did he saw flames around his vehicle. After closer inspection he noticed a trail of fuel from the street leading up to his vehicle. A blue paper towel was stuffed into the gas tank and there was a stick that was aflame at the beginning of the fuel trail. The complainant said he’d been receiving threatening phone calls from the subject for the past week due to his previous relationship with the subject’s current girlfriend. The fire department extinguished the flames. There was minor paint damage to a large section of the rear quarter panel.
