Miami wins second straight
Miami University’s basketball team defeated Ball State 59-53 today at Worthen Arena, the first time the RedHawks have won back-to-back games this year and the first time they have beaten a Division I opponent on the road.
Brian Sullivan led the RedHawks with 18 points off the bench. Julian Mavunga had 10 points and 10 rebounds and Quinten Rollins scored 14 points.

TweetRedHawks lead by 16 at half
The Miami RedHawks lead the Ball State Cardinals 34-18 at halftime today at Worthen Arena.
Miami connected on 6-of-12 shots from 3-point range, including five treys over the final 7:39, three of them by Brian Sullivan.
The RedHawks ended the period on an 11-0 run with 3-pointers by Quinten Rollins (who along with Sullivan leads Miami with nine points), Sullivan and Adam Thomas and a basket by Julian Mavunga.
Miami is out-rebounding Ball State 18-11.
