RedHawks earn No. 1 seed, headed to Manchester

Miami University’s hockey team received the No. 1 seed in the Northeast Regional and will play New Hampshire in the first round of the NCAA Tournament at 4 p.m. Saturday in Manchester, N.H.

The winner of that game will face the winner between third-seeded Notre Dame and second-seeded Merrimack in the regional final on Sunday at 8 p.m..

The other top seeds went to North Dakota (Midwest region), Yale (East) and Boston College (West).
