Miami’s winning streak snapped

James Madison defeated the Miami RedHawks 70-69 today, Feb. 19 in an ESPN BracketBuster game.

Devon Moore hit the second of two free throws with 2.7 seconds remaining to provide the winning points.

Julian Mavunga, who led all scorers with 24 points and had hit five of his first six 3-point shots, missed a long 3-pointer at the buzzer for Miami, which saw its five-game winning streak snapped.

Nick Winbush recorded his second straight double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Allen Roberts added 12 points for the RedHawks.
