Final: Dayton 65, Miami 58

The Dayton Flyers defeated the Miami RedHawks 65-58 tonight, Dec. 2 at Millett Hall.

Rodney Haddix II scored 15 points and Kenny Hayes had 13 for the RedHawks (2-5), who led early 18-6, but then trailed at halftime 30-28 following a 24-10 run by the Flyers.

Miami rallied from a seven-point deficit with less than two minutes to do, slicing the lead to one, 59-58, following two free throws by Antonio Ballard with 34 seconds left, but then Dayton (4-2) sealed the win by sinking six straight free throws.

hey coach and Dayton fans our young men play a very good game and they did not back down at all, hey coach you put J.Benson into the game at the right time and he went to work on the low block, this young man can play ball just give him more playing time and he will show us all, GO DAYTON.
