College money talk in Mason

Don’t wait to create your student’s college funding plan. That’s the message Mason High School’s guidance office will give parents at a financial planning workshop.

College Finance and Scholarship Night take place 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, in the Mason High School Auditorium, 6100 Mason-Montgomery Road.

According to the guidance department, the presentation will help parents:

  • Learn the real cost of a college degree.
  • Determine your family’s financial aid eligibility.
  • Learn how to avoid excessive debts while sending your child to college.
  • Avoid thinking it’s too late to develop a plan.
