Is “sexting” a problem?

Local and state legislators are proposing new laws regarding “sexting” - the taking and sending of nude pictures via cell phone. While at school, students in Mason and Middletown were recently caught with images on their cell phones. How big of a problem is sexting? What should school and law makers be doing to prevent it?
