Affected by autism?

The American Academy of Pediatrics is partnering with several Warren County organizations to train doctors and provide more services for children with autism. The goal is to drastically reduce the time it takes to diagnose a child, and to give families more options for treatment, according to Dan Farkas of the AAP. In Warren County, Help Me Grow and MRDD, along with several doctors, are working to screen children and get them the help they need. If your child has autism and you would like to talk about your experience or any of the initiatives in Warren County, contact me at 696-4507.
